Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services provided by Portal Network | Boostly ("the Platform") are subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Adult Users: Access to creator tools and the ability to post content is granted to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older.

  • Minor Users: Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from posting content without the express written consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian shall be held legally and financially liable for all actions, transmissions, and conduct of the minor on the Platform.

  • Verification: Boostly reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

Boostly maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the following content. Violation of these standards will result in immediate account termination without notice:

  • NSFW/Pornography: Any form of sexual, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.

  • Violence: Content depicting gore, extreme violence, or cruelty.

  • Illegal Acts: Promotion of illegal activities, substances, or narcotics.

  • Gambling: Use of the platform for illegal gambling or unauthorized betting schemes.

  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or disability.

4. WALLET AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

  • Internal Currency: The Platform utilizes a proprietary wallet system. All funds loaded into the Wallet are considered "Stored Value" for use within the ecosystem.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases, tips, and wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable. By initiating a transaction, you waive any right to a refund or chargeback.

  • Subscriptions: Subscription services are billed in advance. While users may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial months.

5. CREATOR WITHDRAWAL POLICY

  • Eligibility: Only "Verified Creators" who have completed the ID verification process are eligible for payouts.

  • Thresholds: Withdrawals may only be initiated once the account balance meets the minimum withdrawal limit specified on the Payouts Page.

  • Review Period: All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory seven (7) day security review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and platform policies.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Boostly reserves the absolute right to terminate, suspend, or erase any account and its associated data without prior notice and without refund if, in our sole discretion, the user is found to be abusing platform policies, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or violating local laws.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

To ensure a professional and safe environment, all users must adhere to the following:

  • No Hate Speech: We do not permit content that attacks or dehumanizes individuals based on protected characteristics.

  • No Illegal Solicitation: The platform may not be used to facilitate the sale of drugs, controlled substances, or to promote illegal gambling.

  • Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to bypass our NSFW or gore filters will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

  • Respectful Support: Supporters are encouraged to provide constructive feedback; harassment or digital bullying will not be tolerated.
