4. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

• User Rights: You have the right to request the deletion of your account. Upon such a request, all personal data will be purged from our active servers.

• Legal Exceptions: Pursuant to financial and tax regulations, records of financial transactions will be retained for the legally required period and cannot be deleted.

• Inactivity Policy: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of six (6) months will be automatically deleted, and any personal data therein will be erased.
